  • Charming apartment, 70 m2, hyper calm, located in a pretty private avenue of the 16th arrondissement of Paris on the second floor with elevator.
    Metro RANELAGH is 200 meters away.
    Access is very secure, there are 2 codes to reach the apartment and only residents can enter the avenue des chalets.
    The apartment is located in a Haussmann building from the end of the 19 th century.
    It is composed of 2 beautiful rooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The toilets are apart.
    Comfortable and quiet, no noise of the street, it is a family apartment, my father was born here and planted the tree in front of the window!

An excellent location for metro and amenities. Elegant apartment and very safe. Well maintained and recent improvements are visible. A few further enhancements would be welcome (more storage, winter curtains for example). Kitchen is very well equipped but little space to work.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is charming and spacious and in a great location just minutes from the metro, bakeries, cafes and shops on Mozart and Passy. It was a great home base to return to after spending our days exploring Paris. Gaelle was very pleasant and helpful when greeting us and giving us instructions for the apartment. We would highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous location - steps to the Metro, cafes, and wine, cheese, butcher shops and bakeries. Lovely apartment with comfortable spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is very small, but we didn't cook much so it wasn't an issue. Valerie provided very thorough information about picking up the keys and so forth and was able to accommodate an earlier check-in time. Gaelle, who showed us in when we first arrived, was also very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Paris!

Beautiful spot in a great neighbourhood

Lovely layout and decor, true Parisian chic in a fan location. A basic kitchen but good for breakfasts and post-theatre champagne and snacks to be enjoyed in the welcoming salon. Wonderful local host who greeted us very warmly, provided helpful tips and assistance and excellent communication from beginning to end.

Paris getaway

We loved our first visit to Paris (my art major daughter was practically overcome and in tears at seeing the Louvre), and this lovely two bedroom flat helped make it much more enjoyable. The location was lovely and it was nice that it was secure with gates access, and it was very cute and charming, plus it was fairly close to the Eiffel Tower, which was just a few steps away on the very close Metro Station. The hostess was wonderful to communicate with and answered all of our questions, and someone was there to greet us when we arrived to welcome us and show us the property, and provide all the gate codes and keys needed. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Apt in the 16th

Communication with the property manager was great. We were greeted when we arrived and shown the property and all it had to offer. The apartment was clean and classic Parisian. The location was great. Steps away from the metro and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. This was our 3rd time in Paris and the best stay of them all.

Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, kitchen was great to have and bathroom was newer and spacious. Shower was hot and nice, sinks were large and there were two of them. Living room/dining area was lovely. We especially loved the neighborhood. It felt like home. Me and my niece were there for 6 nights. Perfect place to be.. near the metro. Great to have two rooms too!

We couldn't have loved it more! Charming apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. We felt very safe and loved the area. You go through 2 locked gates from the street and the building has a access code as well. Gaelle was very helpful upon arrival. The apartment is just as pictured! Beds were comfortable and shower was great.

Peaceful and Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It is exactly as described and presented in the pictures. We loved the location that is so close to metro, bakery and restaurants. We learned that our grandmother was raised on the same street three blocks away and where she went to school. I didn’t know this before booking apartment. I will definitely rent here again upon next visit to Paris.

Super safe neighborhood and building. Location was wonderful. 1 block away from Metro, bakery, cheese, butcher, chocolatier, & grocery. Having the toilet separate from the shower/sink was a plus since there were 3 of us. Always had hot water and water pressure was great. Apartment had A/C (uncommon in Europe) which was a big plus but it was only in the central living room area. Had a washer but no dryer. It did have a large drying rack. Would have been nice to have extra towels since we stayed for 9 days. Elevator was not working when we were there and no one came to fix it. Word to the wise, pack light in case you have to carry your luggage upstairs. Apartment is on the 2nd floor but in Europe, the bottom floor is "0." So by U.S. standards, the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Charming and quiet
