Beautiful newly remodeled apt near Moulin Rouge

This a great property and a very kind host. The building is being remodeled, with paper on the stairs and some holes in the hallway. But Ugo's place is very nice, quiet and comfortable and a great place to chill after a day of sightseeing. Ugo was an attentive host and helped us solve little problems and ask questions during our stay. It's worth noting that this is clearly a smoker's apartment. There was a strong smell of incense in the apartment covering up a smoke smell. It didn’t bother us, but some people might be sensitive. It would be great to see that in the listing.

Dirty

Wet bed sheets hanging behind the door. Arm hairs in the shower and in the beds. Bad odour from cigarrets. Rooms full of dust. Water boiler out of order.

2 chambres charmant pour 4 personnes,très bien placé

On regrette que le canapé ne soit pas convertible,qu’à part le canapé, il n’y a pas de siège confortable.Un ventilateur ou Clim serait bienvenu,ainsi qu’une TV. Idéalement placé
