- and of course its pleasant view of the 'Temple Square' (like Central Parc).

Our 88m² apartment located on the 4th floor without elevator of a secure, well-maintained condominium building and close to many amenities (metro, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and other shops.)
It consists of an entrance with separate WC and hand basin, a large living room with 3 windows offering a view over the Square du Temple, a fully equipped dining kitchen open to the living room, a laundry area (washer + dryer). ), two bedrooms with windows overlooking the backyard, a very nice shower room with heating system on the walls.
The apartment's equipment includes an XXL corner sofa - very comfortable, 3 armchairs, a piano, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, all the complete kitchen utensils, a dressing room in each bedroom, etc.

Amazing Paris stay

This property is exactly as expected from the description. The perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy. The location and neighborhood is wonderful. We were able to walk too wonderful restaurants and grocery stores. It is walkable to all famous sites and museums. We would definitely return.
