For your comfort, the apartment features a real double bed (140x190) and a foam convertible sofa (120x190). While less traditional, the latter is a practical solution for short stays.

Enjoy a magnificent view of the Sacré-Cœur from this prime location, just steps away from Place de la Bastille. Check-in is simplified with an autonomous system that allows you to settle in at your own pace.

The apartment is very clean and beautifully decorated. It is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. Suitable for both tourists and business travelers, it can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a lovely bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room with a foam convertible sofa and a television to relax after a busy day.

During your stay, you will have access to: WiFi, washing machine, coffee machine, combo oven and microwave, and iron. Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay to ensure impeccable cleanliness.

Nearby, you will find numerous bars, restaurants, shops, and stores. For your daily needs, there is a MONOPRIX just 2 minutes away on foot and a Franprix 7 minutes away.

You will be ideally located 9 minutes' walk from Place de la Bastille, 15 minutes from Canal Saint-Martin, 13 minutes from Place des Vosges, and 16 minutes from Atelier des Lumières. ## Emplacement
The 11th arrondissement of Paris stretches primarily from Place de la Bastille to Place de la Nation and Place de la République. While not uniform, it is characterized by its vibrant atmosphere, full of bars and restaurants, offering plenty to explore and experience.
The Bastille neighborhood is particularly lively, with numerous shopping areas, offices, higher education institutions, hospitals, and the Gare de Lyon, which attracts a steady flow of travelers to the center of Paris. Despite the bustling surroundings, our apartment remains isolated and calm, ensuring a restful stay in the heart of Parisian excitement.
