You have a delightful breakfast on the terrace, under the hazel tree.
What would you like to do today? So many monuments to visit in the surroundings. Or a cruise on the Seine River, the start is right here. Maybe this morning you’d like to experience the local Maubert fresh market ; the kitchen is fully equipped for you to accommodate then these finest ingredients and prepare a gorgeous meal.
If the Saint-Germain shopping experience is only planned for tomorrow, you can also go for antiques, explore bookstores (you’ll love Shakespeare & Co), or take a stroll to the Louvre.
The apartment is so close to everything that you can come back for an afternoon break before heading out for dinner. Let’s appreciate for a while the tranquility of the garden terrace, with a glass of wine and some fine music.
For dinner, what about the small café we recommended to you? Or you can celebrate at the famous “Tour d’Argent” overlooking the Seine!

The large living room, with wooden floor and wooden beams, comprises a dining space, and a sitting area with direct access to the terrace. The leather sofa converts to an excellent quality bed. The living room is equipped with 42” LCD TV with cable, very-high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, and books on Paris, French literature, French cuisine…
The open-plan and fully-equipped kitchen includes a four-burner induction stove, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, a dishwasher, a complete supply of cookware, contemporary dishes, cutlery and glassware. All you need is here.

The 690 Sq Ft terrace, in addition to the many trees and plants, has a dining area for 4 guests, and a sitting area with sofa and armchairs.

The quiet master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and spacious closet with mirrors.

Great location. Close to many eateries and attractions. Notre Dame is literally around the corner. Loved the terrace! Enjoyed being outside resting after a day of walking around. The property is clean and comfortable. The owners are kind and attentive to communication. Highly recommend.

Location Location!

This is a great spot to “base” out of. It was our first Paris experience and nice to have both the subway and “big bus” around the corner….both made moving around easy. There are many restaurants around as well. The host was very pleasant and went above and beyond! The shaded private patio would have been nice, but it was unseasonably hot. The price/location cannot be beat! Thanks!

Paris stay

Lovely property and perfect for a couple. Wonderful location with easy access to Central Paris but very quiet on a side street. The outdoor terrace looked lovely, but we did not use it since it was December. Would definitely stay here again. The check-in process and communication was flawless.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

The host was so helpful and the apartment was in the perfect location for exploring the sites of Paris. Lots of markets, restaurants and bakeries nearby too.

Beautiful little apartment

My friend and I came and spent 12 days in Paris with darling little apartment to come home to every evening . We absolutely loved the darling patio that was our own little green Oasis in the middle of this beautiful city. We spent many evenings out there. It’s a great location with Fun cafés and shopping nearby. Would definitely recommend for your next day in Paris!

A secret oasis in the heart of Paris

The apartment is delightful with every amenity provided. It is so close to all the Ile de la Cite attractions and is tourist central, but when you are relaxing on the balcony you could not not be further from the hustle and bustle. Perfect Paris apartment

One of the favorite places we have stayed! Communication with the host was excellent and the apartment was easy to find and get into. The location was perfect - easy walking distance to many of the sites and close to several metro stops. The apartment was very comfortable- with everything you would need. The outdoor space was beautiful and inviting! I would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful location and apartment

Absolutely perfect apartment, outstanding location very near Notre Dame, close to shops and cafes. We stayed five weeks and were not ready to go. Two things were amazing- THE TERRACE! And the responsiveness of the owner. We will be back!

Beautiful quiet apartment near Notre Dame Cathedral

This is a true gem on a quiet side street that’s just a short walk from the Seine River and many places to eat, enjoy a cappuccino and shop for souvenirs. The apartment has its own huge private terrace. We especially enjoyed the cozy, warm electric fireplace on rainy days. Aurelien was responsive and very helpful whenever we had questions. We hope to return someday soon!

Home away from home in Paris

My goal was to spend a week in Paris with no real plans, just hanging out and enjoying the area. I found this apartment and initially thought it sounded too good to be true. After reading all the reviews I booked it. The apartment will now be my home away from home when I visit Paris. It is centrally located next to Notre Dame (right around the corner) but feels like a world away. Depending on your mood you can turn right and have all the touristy things or turn left and be on quiet streets. I spent many hours out on the deck either for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. It's close to a wonderful farmers market and amazing restaurants. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Also, I was a single woman traveling and felt very safe. Will definitely stay here again!

Quality apartment wonderful location

Exactly as the listing states. Clean, you have everything you need, and the courtyard is an incredible add on doubling the size of the apartment. Great location to Latin quarter and loads of restuarants, including major metro stations Thank you to our host for making our stay in Paris memorable.

Heaven in Paris

What an amazing accommodation! The hosts were incredibly helpful and just a phone call away. We couldn't have picked a better location to visit Paris. It is close to so many attractions and we just loved being able to walk and explore and the coming back to this most charming residence for a little break. Will definitely stay here again. It was just perfect.

Love the Terrace!

We stayed for five weeks. The host was amazing, available, helpful. The location is excellent, right across from Notre Dame and near both touristy things like Shakespeare and Co, and neighborhood experiences like the many wonderful bistros and markets near us. Excellent internet allowed us to work from our terrace, just splendid. Our goal was to create an experience of feeling as though we live in Paris! Mission accomplished and we will be back!

Perfect Parissien Apartment

Great location!

We loved being so close to everything, yet just barely enough removed from where all the traffic was ~ 1/2 block away. It is a wonderful location and very quiet. The terrace made the space seem even bigger, too. When it wasn’t raining, we got to enjoy the outdoor space. The owner and housekeeper even stopped by to greet us and drop off fresh plants for the terrace. The bedroom is small, but it met our needs for sleeping. The bathroom shower had amazing pressure, and the tub was big and glorious to soak in.

Perfect location and size apartment

This well-equipped apartment was the perfect size for my wife and me to stay for 3 weeks while we explored Paris and the bonus of a private terrace allowed us to relax outside without having to leave the apartment. Just a block from the Seine, the location is convenient to shops, restaurants and the metro…we LOVED playing Parisians for a few weeks in the amazing Latin Quarter, which seemed to have so few tourists. Aurelien was an exceptional host…he gave us total privacy, but was very responsive when we needed him…he even helped us navigate through the security restrictions in place for the Olympics. We definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Fabulous French Flat

The apartment was exactly what we were hoping for. It was clean, spacious (for 2) and in a very secure/safe building. The neighborhood was delightful, everyone we encountered from the grocery store to the cheese (COW) and wine shop (Appellatian Vins Find) was really great; we even found a Michelin star restaurant just a few blocks away (Atelier Maitre Albert) to celebrate a special birthday. If you’re up for walking the Louvre is not far and it is a lovely walk along the River Seine. Would absolutely stay here again, wish we had more time we would have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was very nice, clean and as you see it on the pictures. Aurelien was very accommodating for our many requests and questions during our stay. Notre Dame as your next door neighbor

The location of this rental is simply spectacular. It's a block from Notre Dame and the Shakespeare Book store. Aurelien is exceptionally kind. He helped us find a doctor for our grand-daughter, helped us figure out how to get into the doctor's office, ordered a cab for us to get to the airport. The apartment itself was snug but would be spectacular in the later spring, summer or fall because of the large and prvaite patio. But the street is quiet and you are instantly in the heart of Paris.

Exceptional Home - Great location - Great Owners

I was there in Paris to do my husband’s Bucket List. He passed two years ago from terminal brain cancer. The owners of this VRBO made our stay so very special. They were always available to answer any question and answered it quite quickly. This VRBO is located in a great location to get to anything. Very close to the Metro for easy traveling throughout Paris. The VRBO was very clean and the terrace made you feel like you were in the country sitting out there and just enjoying life. I would highly recommend this VRBO. You will be so very happy you made this choice!! Bonjour!!
