The souplex, a former commercial space with a large window, located on the ground floor facing the street, consists of :

On the ground floor:
- a sleeping area with a double bed. It opens onto the living room and is separated by curtains. This layout is ideal for family or close friends, but may not be suitable for those seeking complete acoustic or visual privacy between the two sleeping areas.
- a living room with a sofa bed
Due to street noise, we advise light sleepers to bring earplugs.

In the basement, accessible by stairs:
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen.
- a shower room -
separate toilets

This apartment combines practicality and charm, offering all the amenities for a pleasant stay, including: TV, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron, hairdryer, etc. Bed linens and towels are provided, and professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay.

The location is perfect for exploring the many bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. A "Monoprix" supermarket and a "Montorgeuil" pharmacy are only 500 meters from the apartment.
