Commissioned in 1825 by Baron Roman Maria de Pereira, this heritage building overlooks the historic Passage Choiseul, the longest covered passage in Paris. Blending timeless architectural character with contemporary comfort, it offers a refined retreat in one of the city's most authentic and vibrant neighborhoods.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys by following our instructions with one of our partners, near the apartment
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator - beware of narrow stairs)

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
