Très bien situé (metro) et peu cher; par contre, un peu sale et très mal équipé : même pas une table pour déjeuner ou prendre le petit-déjeuner, pas d'étagère pour suspendre les vêtements ; deux chaises, dont une cassée ; pas de télévision ; pas de micro-ondes ; sur les trois serviettes, une était vieille et effilochée… Nous étions trois adultes et nous n'étions pas à l'aise. De plus, l'appartement était négligé.
