This is a very clean and charming apartment. It is very close to a metro station and a few very cool shops. There are minor cosmetic issues, but it’s on a nice quiet street and has lovely 1909 period features. If you are American, remember that the second floor is what we call the third floor!

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 ados. Appartement très propre, l'hôte nous avait contactés en amont en nous expliquant très clairement où trouver les clés, et quelques lieux intéressants autour du logement. Je ne mets que 4 étoiles car, bien que le couchage soit pour 4 personnes, il n'y a qu'une table basse ( très basse), 1 fauteuil bas et 3 chaises dont une cassée. Pour cuisiner il y a une plaque à induction 2 feux et un magnifique four. Nous aurions apprécié un micro-ondes pour réchauffer des plats ( un Picard au bout de la rue) et une table ainsi que 4 chaises pour manger tous ensemble. A noter, toilettes séparées.

Lo primero que debería decirse en el anuncio es que el apartamento está en un segundo piso sin ascensor. Aunque para nosotros eso no fue un problema sí que puede serlo para otras personas. Al entrar el piso es amplio, pero está muy mal mantenido. La pintura de las paredes se cae, hay un poco de moho en el baño y el suelo suena mucho al caminar. Pero lo peor fue la falta de limpieza. Al entrar había polvo por todas partes, y el wc estaba usado y sin tirar de la cadena. ¡Un asco! El sofá tiene todo tipo de manchas y las almohadas, aunque tienen fundas, están todas manchadas. Además, aunque en el anuncio pone que hay secador de pelo no hay ninguno en el apartamento.Al ser verano tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas. No hace mucho calor ta que es un piso muy ventilado pero debajo de la habitación hay un bar y pueden hacer mucho ruido. Algo a tener en cuenta para las personas que son muy sensibles con los ruidos.Al menos el propietario nos permitió dejar el equipaje una hora más de la hora del check out para poder disfrutar de París sin cargar con maletas.

L’appartement est très bien situé, proche du métro.Un bel espace pour deux personnes mais il manque des équipements de base comme un portant pour suspendre des vêtements, de l’éclairage, sèche-cheveux, pas de table excepté une table basse …

Très bien situé (metro) et peu cher; par contre, un peu sale et très mal équipé : même pas une table pour déjeuner ou prendre le petit-déjeuner, pas d'étagère pour suspendre les vêtements ; deux chaises, dont une cassée ; pas de télévision ; pas de micro-ondes ; sur les trois serviettes, une était vieille et effilochée… Nous étions trois adultes et nous n'étions pas à l'aise. De plus, l'appartement était négligé.
