Fabulous Pied a Terre

This is a fabulous pied a terre in the heart of 9eme arrondissement. Le Grand Boulevards Metro station is a 3 blocks, some of the well known cafes are just in the corner. Comunicación is amazing! Small but cozy, and well renovated, just consider that no AC if you going during the summer. My daughter had an emergency and the owners were very useful allowing a special late check out which was very appreciated. No doubt it’s an amazing place to stay in Paris in a budget ! Well recommended
