"Sophisticated village", the 3rd arrondissement contains several open-air markets, a huge covered flower market and numerous specialized food shops, notably along Rue de Bretagne.

Neighborhood is amazing, stairs are fine. Needs a new mattress for the bed. A little lively at night but with the windows closed we fell asleep just fine. They have a dryer and washing machine combo but it wasn’t connected when we were there.
