The hotel price is affordable. The staffs are helpful & polite,breakfast is excellent. Rooms are been cleaned regularly. You can easily get Bus / Train to City centre. Beside the hotel, you can do all shopping. Will definitely lodge there whenever I visit Paris.

I booked this place because it had good reviews. Upon arrival staff wasn’t very friendly. That’s not the end of the world. I paid for the upgraded room. On the 9th floor. When we walked in the entire room smelled of sewage. The shower had mold. There were two towels, no face towels, or hand towels. There were only two small pillows on the bed. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not a bad stay

Hotel was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very close to station and easy to travel into cities. Breakfast was okay. Receptionist was not rude but unwelcoming or cheerful at the time of check-in. Checkout receptionist was okay.

Affordable hotel in Paris

Great hotel and close to metro station. Easy to find, takes 25 min from CBD. Area is not overly charming but safe. McDonald’s and other small shops are there. We just used it to sleep. Great breakfast

The property is ok, I do believe that my deposit is being intentionally withheld as I didn’t inquire before I left about receiving it back and I am yet to receive it? I am also being ignored on WhatsApp which is their only method of communication.

Great Hotel in Good Location

Great Hotel and a reasonable price, rooms were spacious and clean. large shopping centre and Metro line station right next door. Approx. 25 minutes to the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. have to change at Republique. A few restaurants locally which seem to shut before 11.00pm, no bars in walking distance to have a beer and the hotel bar did not open in the evenings. Neighbourhood was fine after dark. Would defiantly stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Reseda paying €90 deposit was a shock, I wasn’t too happy seeing some of the staff having a shouting at a customer for wanting to takin her coffee to her room. Other than that is was clean and local to the Metro station

The air condition was not working and the only window in the room cannot be opened. The clerk at the front desk promised that a room change would be possible after the manager comes to work the next day, but then he said that the hotel is fully booked and room change is not possible. The bathroom smells like piss. The bed sheets and towels had stains. And the breakfast staff were rude and micro-managers. The hotel is really old and needs a major renovation before receiving more guests.

Very noisy. Both because of other guests (several groups of school trips) and because of traffic. The stairs were constantly dirty and made it unpleasant to go that way - we were staying on the 7th floor. The bed had only 2 pillows with no options to get any extra, nor any additional blanket. The bathroom had only two towels. No hand towel at all.

Workers were friendly and helpful. Clean bathroom and the Hotel was accessible to the metro. This made it good for moving our luggage. There is s shopping mall nearby that had a Carrefour (equivalent to Kmart or The Warehouse or Wallmart) inside which was handy. Heaps of food places around to have dinner. A 90euro hold was made in case we were to smoke, although it took 1 day to return to our credit card. I noticed that after day 1, we did not have a "clean room" hook on our door but our room was cleaned upon arrival. When we did want our room cleaned with the hook hung up, it was not cleaned upon arrival. There was also a day where we were lying in bed having a sleep in and a cleaner entered our room without the "clean room" hook on, so cleaners must just have a time they clean all the rooms as the signs are not being read from our experience. The sausages at breakfast were cold, hot plate may not have been turned on, but other than those details, everything was expected as per the description.

Personnel charmant, mais hôtel décevant. Nous avons occupé la chambre 238 située à côté du locale de service et avons bénéficié des portes qui claquent des 6h du matin. Certains ignorent qu'on vient à l'hôtel pour dormir et aussi faire une grasse matinée.
