I saved a bit of money on this one, so perhaps its good value. However, it was in a strange location of the city: no access to almost anything, cannot walk anywhere due to a major complex highway system, and transportation such as buses come irregularly. I found that it would have been better to just spend extra and stay in another hotel (the money spent on transportation just to drive around the highway made this into a higher cost than expected). The room was extremely tiny, there was no air conditioning so it was very difficult to sleep, and the floors seem stained or bleached in various places. It's still not the worst though. I felt that it was clean, and not bad value for the money for paris. When I arrived they made me wait in the lounge without air conditioning for several hours before I could check in. Regardless, the staff were very kind. I wouldn't stay here again though.
