Magnificent, cozy studio located at Porte Maillot, just steps from the Champs-Élysées! Completely renovated, fully equipped, well-appointed, and very bright, it overlooks an interior courtyard (guaranteed peace and quiet). The building is secure (entry badge + elevator). The neighborhood is very quiet and charming! Many brand-name boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and grocery stores are nearby. Located close to several metro stations (lines 1, 3, and RER C).
