Ideally located in the center of Paris, this apartment was fully renovated to give it a more contemporary design and comfort. It is near Le Marais & Louvre museum, allowing you to enjoy the wonders that Paris has to offer. Please note that the mezzanine beds are not suitable for children.
Le logement
The building was constructed in 1885 by an aristocratic French family.

Important : Due to the central location, you may hear some noise during your stay

The apartment includes:

2 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed
- Bedroom 2 with mezzanine - 2 double beds (1m/3ft high and no window)
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is comfortable for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Easy Access : before your arrival we send you all the access information including a video on how to get inside the building and the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor with elevator.

NB : It is a historical building, the elevator is small. No more than 2 people without suitcase at a time, or one person and a suitcase. Important: never put only suitcases in the elevator, otherwise you will not be able to open it from the outside and it will be blocked. There must always be someone inside the elevator with the suitcases.

This apartment is accessible by elevator. However, please note that it is a small one (suitable for one person with one suitcase maximum).
Autres remarques
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
