The place was fully refurbished by an architect, giving it an elegant and distinctive style. Thanks to orange and green velvet sofa and armchairs, majestic art-deco chandeliers, and subtle glints of gold, the apartment has a 70s feel that will make your stay memorable. Its 6 spacious bedrooms are perfect to rest.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor (elevator)
Other things to note
A mandatory €500 deposit is required before arrival. Details will be provided beforehand. This is a security measure to ensure compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
