The spacious living area opens onto an open kitchen, equipped with quality materials and meticulous finishes, creating a convivial space.
The lounge area, with its comfortable sofa bed, invites you to relax, while a dining table makes it easy to share delicious meals with friends or family.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms, each offering a peaceful and refined setting. The first bedroom features a double bed (140cm) and a desk, with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a modern shower and beautifully finished.

The second bedroom, equally welcoming, has a double bed (160), TV and desk.

A second bathroom has two basins and a beautiful walk-in shower and bathtub!

Separate toilet, please note that there is only one toilet in the apartment.

This 50m² apartment has been tastefully refurbished, making it a true haven of peace in the heart of Paris. Situated at the end of a pretty courtyard, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of a lively neighborhood.
