Nice location on a quiet street, but near the heart of everything. It was a little dirty, the last guest's dirty laundry and trash were left in the room, and the air conditioning was broken for 2 days and needed a repair person to come.

Once I looked closely, there were no vents from which air could have come in, so it was all a scam. Team was polite but not really responsive in providing me with a solution. Ended up having to leave the next morning and checking myself in a place with REAL AC. Waiting for a full refund still--expecting it to happen, but so far...
