This is a one bedroom apartment just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, the Champs de Mars Park and the commercial rue du commerce. . This residential district has easy access to transportation with the Dupleix ( line 6), the Motte Piquet Grenelle ( line 6, 8 and 10 ) and the Champs de Mars Tour eiffel metro stations ( RERC direct to Versailles) . The Seine river bank is also around the corner.

The apartment which is on the top sixth level ( seventh american ) of a XIX century building with elevator consists of a living room which provides a view of the Eiffel tower, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer combo , a bedroom with a hotel quality queen size ( 160cm*200cm or 65*80 inches ) bed with again the Eiffel Tower view, , a bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet.

The apartment comes free WI-Fi and free cable TV .

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance ( five minutes) to Eiffel tower, museum du quai branly and Seine river . It is a lovely walk ( 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 10 minutes) to the Tuileries garden , Louvre, Champs Elysees.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

Cozy apartment in lively area near Eiffel Tower. Lots of great neighborhood options around. Check in was easy and we had a great stay. We weren't in the apartment much but very comfortable. Would recommend.

Wonderful little apartment in Paris!

We loved this apartment! Great location central to cafes, grocery stores and sites such as the Eiffel Tower. Oliviere was great and very responsive. Well stocked with everything you need for a great stay!

Excellent property in perfect location

The host was very responsive and helpful. The property was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos in the listing. The location is perfect - a lovely central neighborhood that’s very walkable and near multiple transit lines. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris.

Wonderful stay in Paris

Our stay in Paris was the start of a 3-week trip to Europe. Staying at this apartment was a great way to start our trip. Olivier met us at the apartment and was very thorough with getting us familiarized with the workings of the place. The location was great with easy access to metro stops. Lots of eating options nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Clean & great location

This apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris! We had never been & it was in a great location to make getting around the city & seeing the sights so easy. Oliver was responsive & organized & the apartment is exactly how it shows in the pictures. There were lovely cafes nearby, a small grocery store to get the necessities was right around the corner, as well as a small playground which was perfect for our 4 year old to get out some energy after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely recommend for a couple or a small family.

Excellent location

If you’re looking to stay near the Eiffel Tower, this is it! About a 5-7 minute walk to get over to the park. The apartment is on a quiet street and an easy walk to many shopping and food options. Olivier is a welcoming and helpful host. We had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is an elevator. Highly recommend!

Home Away from Home

I’m so happy that I chose this unit for my family to stay at during our stay in Paris. Oliver has been absolutely fantastic and I’m very grateful to him. The unit is wonderful, well kept, and is in a great location near to the Metro, grocery, boulangerie and more. I’m going to miss staying there very much, it became our home away from home.

Clean, Safe, and Convenient

Olivier made the check-in process quick and simple. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Most importantly, it felt safe. The location was only a short walk (maybe 10 min) from the Eiffel Tower, thus many restaurants, bakeries, markets, taxis, and the metro were all very close by. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Paris Rental!

Property was absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean, stocked, and comfortable! Located perfectly between many great places to eat, 10 minute walk to the river or Eiffel Tower and waiting for an Uber never took longer than 5 minutes. Oliver was a fantastic host that communicated properly and was very welcoming. We will be staying here again and recommend this apartment to anyone.

Excellent location. All the amenities close by. Very clean, but elevator very small (3 people max). Old floor (it squeaks when walking at night) washroom very small and smelly because of the drain system. Excellent place if you don’t want to use transportation and walk around Paris.

Lovely apartment

It was our first trip to Paris-and in January. Olivier was wonderful with communication. The apartment is lovely and we walked to most of the sights. When we finally got the time it was fun to explore the neighborhood around the apartment. I felt safe and would go back.

Love it!!!

Great location very quiet with partial Eiffel Tower view close to the park. Also close to stores and metro, very quick check in , comfortable beds, clean apartment we love it. Oliver was very helpful explaining everything.I have to say I love Paris.( ps. also we recommend to check the market close to metro they have fresh food and delicious vegetables.) enjoy the stay is worth it.

Great Paris Apartment

We had a great 5 night stay. Would highly recommend. (See elevator comment) Great location. There is a market right around the corner that has everything you need. It was clean, the beds were good, the shower had great pressure and temperature. Check in was easy. We would definitely stay here again. A couple notes: the washer/dryer in the apartment is a great plus but it does take a long time to complete the cycles (7-8hrs) and are we were not allowed to run past 8pm or before 8 am. The second note is the elevator is super small, like 2 people in it is uncomfortable-small. The apartment is on the 6th floor (7th floor in US). Would not recommend for those that are claustrophobic and can’t do 7 flights of stairs. From what I now understand it seems pretty common in Paris apartments. The people we traveled with stayed at a different Paris apartment and their elevator was the same way.

Price is too high for what it’s worth

I was expecting much better for the price. The check-in process was frustrating and awkward. The apartment was clean but outdated: The fridge is not cold and leaks, there are no bowls and mugs, the kitchen utensils are old, the kitchen sponge and soap are used. The towels did not look clean, shower soaps are not provided, and the bathroom is minuscule (don’t even dream about fitting in if you are more than 200 pounds). We had to buy toilet scent because of the bad smell from the day we arrived. The Eiffel Tower can only be seen if you lean very close to the window. Speaking about the Eiffel Tower, it is more a 15-20 minute fast walk rather than a 5-minute walk as indicated in the description. My in-laws rented a much nicer and bigger apartment on the other side of the block for much cheaper with self-check-in and clear instructions.

Paris Trip During the Holidays

We just returned from a 4 nights stay at this property. We were very pleased with everything from the ease of booking this property to the on going communication with Oliver. We did not need to reach out to him during our stay, but he was available if needed. Though it’s a small apartment, my family of 4, which includes my 20 and 17 year old daughters were comfortable. The sofa bed was so comfortable and there is extra bedding available. We were out and about by 10:00 am everyday and didn’t return until 8:30 or later, so we didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well stocked if needed. The only thing I would like to mention is that the apartment is on the 6th floor and there is an elevator, but it’s really small. I felt like no more than 2 people can ride on it at a time. The first day I took the stairs because I am a little claustrophobic, but after that I was fine because it’s a quick ride. Overall the apartment is well kept and the location is good. There is also a nice view of the top portion of the Eiffel Tower.

Incredible apartment!

This trip was my second time to Paris and rather than staying in a hotel I wanted to have a place of my own. I saw this listing on Vrbo and it really and truly holds up to everything you see in the listing. It's very clean and well maintained, Olivier is extremely responsive, helpful and receptive to requests, we asked that there be San Pelligrino water in the apartment when we arrived, and he happily accommodated us. Everything you will need is in the apartment including extra blankets and towels, pots and pans, some spices and enough cupboard and refrigerator space for what you may bring back to the apartment. The couch converts to a bed and was pretty comfortable; there is also a view of the top quarter of the Eiffel Tower from the windows. The water is hot and plentiful, and the building is secure, quiet and easily accessible to the Metro lines 6, 8, and 10. There is an excellent boulangerie on the corner and a Monop grocery store around the corner. The neighborhood is very nice with lots of bistros, restaurants and kitschy little shops to try. For Americans staying, keep in mind that accommodations are smaller in Europe, so the bathroom and shower room might not be great for larger or very tall people. The elevator is also smaller than one you'd find in the US, fitting two people. These are small prices to pay for a very comfortable and clean apartment. I'm really glad we found this one, and I will definitely stay with Olivier again! Very highly recommended!

Excellent Location

Close to the Eiffel Tower and easy to get to market shopping days, grocery stores, subway, and bakery. Excellent place for a family of four. The host was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Perfect place to stay in Paris. Thank you!
