Die Klimaanlage war an heißen Tagen eine Wohltat, und die voll ausgestattete Küche machte die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten zum Kinderspiel. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Schritte von der Metrostation Pigalle entfernt.
