Our new 45 sqm apartment, fully equipped, has several advantages that would allow you to enjoy perfect stays in Paris!



Welcome to a character building, located in a cobbled and green courtyard, very quiet. It has a superb patio door and over 3 meters high ceiling!

Thanks to its 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), and a sofa bed in the living room, we can host up to 6 guests.



The location is one of the most lively areas of the city, close to many restaurants, bars and major concert halls and theatres.

For their respect of demanding eco friendly criteria and their commitment in sustainable practices, this apartment has been awarded the Ecolofat certificate.

Location, location, location

Terrific area and decent accommodations. Quiet, but you burst into the heart of Paris life as you exit the courtyard. Good communication with staff. My problem was with the listing. I filtered on having an outdoor area. The "Spaces" portion of this property indicates: Deck or patio Balcony Garden None of these were available. Inaccurate property details is a fail in my book, that's why the low rating.

Lovely apartment in fantastic location

Perfect size apartment for two couples to visit Paris. Only issue was that the electronic door latch was very temperamental and we struggled to get into the apartment on a few occasions
