Featuring refined décor and herringbone parquet flooring, this quintessentially Parisian apartment with its ornate moldings will provide you with an extraordinary experience. Ideal for families. My apartment is located in the very heart of the capital. In a central and vibrant neighborhood, it's halfway between the Opéra Garnier, the department stores (Galeries Lafayette), and Place de la République. It's the perfect place for a successful Parisian stay with family or friends.

Our location was close to the metros, as well as walking distance to many restaurants… that’s about all I can say good The apartment is listed as a two bedroom, however it is not! The second bed is a living/dining room/kitchen area with a pull out couch. There is only one bathroom, which is located off the kitchen/living area, so in the middle of the night you have to make your way, past the pull out. Not convenient at all! There was no soap for hand washing in the bathroom, no soap for the dishwasher, and very little toilet paper. The apartment looks very spacious in pictures, however, not at all. Overall, I would definitely not recommend for four people.

The only positive I can say about this property is that it is well located to the metro and restaurants, in particular the pizza restaurant that is right next door. The property is advertised as a two bedroom, however it has only one bedroom, with the second bed in the living room/kitchen/dining area. Very poor layout, as the only bathroom is off the living area, so if you are in the bedroom, you have to go past the pull out couch in the middle of the night, and of course disturbing every one. It was poorly equipped, no hand soap for bathroom, no dishwasher soap, no tea towel for drying dishes. It had no information book in the apartment, ie, how to work the tv or information book about the area, suggesting dining or places to visit. The contact person, who was supposed to meet us, never showed up. The telephone number never was answered. I would definitely not recommend for 4 people!

A very bad stay. The place was booked as advertised having 3 bedrooms but on arrival we found it only had one bedroom and a pull-out couch in the kitchen. The property was managed by Belvilla whose staff acknowleged that our booking was for a 3 bedroom apartment but they did nothing to help us. We even had to visit their office a number of times because their staff admitted that, despite giving us a customer service phone number in advance, they do not answer the phone when guests call with concerns. We also contacted Vrbo who said they would help but never got back to us - terrible customer service !. To get access to the apartment we had walk through a construction zone and then up a dirty stairwell filled with garbage (have photos). The apartment was not clean and the sheets had not been changed on the pull-out couch. We CANNOT recommend this place and will NEVER again book a property managed by Belvilla.
