It is located a few meters from the Center Georges Pompidou (Beaubourg) and the famous rue Rambuteau, a lively and very shopping street, with a metro station of the same name.

This very quiet home, on the ground floor, overlooking an interior garden, is composed as follows:

Great location

Great apartment in a good location for us to explore Paris. Immaculate flat with all we needed to enjoy our stay. Communication with owner was great and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were excellent. Would highly recommend the apartment and would be more than happy to stay here again.

Excellent Marais Ground Floor Apartment

A small but more than adequate studio apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Ground floor a real bonus for anyone who struggles with stairs and suitcases. The Marais is a great area to stay - walking distance to almost all Paris attractions. This apartment is close to a metro station, and many cafes, restaurants and bars.

Our stay was excellent overall, with a small number of inconveniences. The front doorbell did not work which made it difficult for visitors, and we had to wait 30 min in front of the building for the keys to be delivered. But they were minor issues and we would certainly return in future.

l'accueil très bien, mais l'appartement aurait besoin d'un sérieux coup de fraîcheur, surtout en raison d'un mur très humide avec des moisissures , si vous avez des allergies a éviter , sinon le quartier très bien pour rayonner autour
