-This property is available for rent under two different lease options depending on your situation: the “mobilité” lease or the standard lease (Civil Code). The applicable lease type is determined before your arrival, based on your profile and the desired lease term.

1. The mobility lease
The mobility lease is intended for individuals who, as of the lease’s effective date, meet one of the following criteria: vocational training, higher education, an apprenticeship contract, internship, voluntary service as part of a civic service programme, job transfer, or temporary assignment as part of one’s professional activity.
Key features:
Term ranging from 1 to 10 months, non-renewable (the lease may be amended once via an addendum, without exceeding 10 months in total).
You will be asked to provide proof of your circumstances before signing.
A mobility lease is signed between the host and the tenant before each move-in.

2. The Standard Lease (Civil Code)
If none of the above situations apply to you, the rental is governed by a standard lease (furnished, Civil Code), which is particularly suited to stays in a non-primary residence. The terms (duration, security deposit if applicable, notice period) will be specified when the contract is drawn up. A lease agreement is also signed before each arrival.

In both cases: The tenant must purchase home insurance covering the entire duration of their stay and provide proof of coverage. We can assist you with this process if needed.
