Quiet Steps Away from Champs Elysees A/C

This fully equipped studio is a block away from the Champs Elysees closed to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station. It is located at the top 6th level (seventh American) of a XIX century building with only courtyard and rooftop views and therefore offers full silence. It even provides a view of the Eiffel tower. The building is very secure and has an elevator.

The studio consists of a main room with a queen size bed ( 160 * 200 cm or 65 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with large shower, toilets and washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. there are plenty of closets and a table for two.

The apartment comes with free phone to 80 countries including North America and Australia, free WI-Fi, free cable TV and air conditioning.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than ten minutes) to the Champs Elysees , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre. Franklin Roosevelt, the nearest metro station is on line 1 and 9.

The area is very safe. This is where most of the four stars hotels of Paris are located. There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1200pm.

Amazing location!

Communication, especially when travelling internationally, is vital. Olivier was a superb communicator and even met us on property to show us around. The location is really, really great - close to sites, metro, groceries, and restaurants.

Nice Quick Stay in Paris

The place was clean, comfortable and quiet - all we needed for a quick trip to Paris for our anniversary. After a long day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back to a serene and pretty courtyard and a comfortable bed. Although Olivier was quite busy, he helped us get comfortable. Super close to all the sights and some good restaurants.

Long weekend in Paris

Fabulously located apartment just a short walk from the Champs Elysees. Plenty of nightlife and restaurants in the area, however delightfully peaceful off the main road (Ave Franklin Roosevelt) with a beautiful courtyard.The apartment was well equiped and suited our needs perfection. Excellent host who provided lots of details of how to get to the apartment using public transport. Great communication throughout the stay.I would highly recommend for anyone wishing to visit Paris and a central location surrounded by transport links around the city.5*

Top most floor apartment which tend to be the smallest in Paris buildings. Would recommend for 1-2 day stay wherein you will be out in the city for the most part. Location for the apartment is the USP. We used it during the New Year’s Eve wherein we wanted to be walking distance from the celebrations

Great Paris location

This apartment was in a convenient location. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. We could also easily walk to the Louvre and Arc de Triomphe. It was small but clean .

Very helpful host. Went out of his way to provide information.. needed more then 1 lesson on how to operate the washer/dryer. Great location to experience Paris.

Fantastic location! Owner communicated quickly when questions arose. Building was quiet. Tiny elevator available if you're not one for stairs to get to the unit. Within a reasonable walk to the metro, shopping, and le Arc.

Great location

Check in and responses were excellent as was the location. Unfortunately there is mould in the shower and this needs to be addressed. An item was dropped under the bed and upon retrieving it there was a Warren of dust bunnies.

Perfect location!

The location was perfect! The studio was in a very safe neighborhood, clean, quiet, well kept, and had everything you could need for a stay in the beautiful city of Paris. Property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful with information. We rode the metro, which was always a quick walk, we rented e-bikes and, of course walked everywhere. The location was great, a short walk to the Arc and all the shopping on Champs-Elysees. The streets have many wonderful cafes and shops. We will definitely stay here in the future. 5 stars!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Downtown cute little place.

Amazing little property that is a bedroom with a kitchen and bathroom. Place is small, the bed isn't the greatest. When you lay down the bed sinks in the middle turning you into a U shape. Me and my spouse both weigh about 140lb so we aren't large at all. Aside from that you get an AMAZING view of the Eiffel tower from your window, it is close to everything you want and need, and for the price you cannot beat it. Olivier the property manager is great very thorough and communicates very well. Highly recommend.

Wonderful room in the 8th.

Olivier was a wonderful host. He met me when I arrived and showed me how everything worked. The room was exactly as described: partial view of the Eiffel tower, functional washer/dryer, A/C, elevator, and wifi. Everything I needed during my stay. The room and linens were clean, and fresh. The building and courtyard were also pleasant, though I only saw a couple of other people my entire stay. Very little street noise. It was amazingly close to the Philippe du Roule metro stop, so very easy to navigate the city. I felt very comfortable and safe in the neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Location

I stayed 2 weeks here and the window was why I chose the room. Tons of natural light and opens to Paris and a small view of the Eiffel Tower. Perfect size for just me. I felt like I was in a neighborhood but also a less than 10 min walk to all the shopping and action I could want. Lots of little cafes, restaurants, and stores. The building is very safe and has a charming courtyard. The only issue I can say is there was only 1 towel and the shower tiles could use a deep clean. Other than that very happy here.

Great location ! Really really small, but gave us everything we needed !Location location location !

We knew it would be small, but the pictures really don’t show how small it really is. That said, we quickly adjusted that we are in Paris and “when in Rome”.. The location couldn’t have been better. FDR metro was a 10 minute walk, literally blocks from the Champs Elysees, as well as plenty of restaurants, cafes in the area as well as local supermarkets. Note bring your own toiletries, as soaps that are there seemed to be leftover from previous guests Also buy toilet paper at the supermarket as there were only 2 rolls for the week. It gave us everything we needed and as I said location was perfect ! We could see the Eiffel tower when you looked out the window and the top of the Grand Palaxe I believe. The building definitely has a Parisian charm . I would recommend if location and no frills gives you way you need !

Quiet and great location BUT the place is falling apart

This property is in a great location and is very quiet. You can even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the window. It's also very secure and the neighborhood felt safe. However, the place is falling apart! The freezer door inside the mini fridge has no hinges anymore. We had to pull the whole door off to get in the freezer. The shower had frequent drainage issues. The first time we called the owner but after that we just plunged it ourselves. The toilet is horrible to use. Not only is there very little space around it, but it rocks when you shift your weight on it at all. And it made a dripping sound the entire time we were there. The air conditioner worked pretty well the first night we were there, but it got steadily less efficient and louder the longer we were there. Also, there was construction in the apartment next door the whole time we were there. I would definitely NOT stay there again.

Very central apartment with 2 Metro stations nearby which is essential if you are a visitor to Paris. Safe area with plenty of nearby bars and grocery shops. The nearby pastry shop Maison Julian is a must.
