    Welcome to this small apartment, refurbished at the end of 2024, ideally located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement at the junction of rue Oberkampf and Saint-Maur.



    The apartment, located on the 2nd floor without elevator, comprises one room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a sofa-bed for 2 people and a shower room including toilet.



    Equipped with everything you need: bed linen, towels, toiletries, Nespresso coffee and high-speed wifi for remote working.

    The accommodation is composed as follows:

    - A living room with a sofa bed, a high table for 2 people, TV, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, nespresso coffee machine, fridge)
