No smoking, pets or parties. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and can be accessed by a lift. A friendly dog is one of the family members who usually lives here. Though the dog will not be present during your stay, and the home is cleaned to a high standard, note that the property may not be suitable for those with allergies.
