Sowohl die Wohnung als auch ihre Lage waren ausgezeichnet. Sie war sauber und stilvoll und hatte viele Annehmlichkeiten wie USB-LadegerĂ€te und hochwertige Duschen. Ideal fĂŒr einen MĂ€delsausflug in Paris. Es gab jedoch zwei kleinere Probleme: Erstens gab es ein MissverstĂ€ndnis mit dem Gastgeber bezĂŒglich eines frĂŒhen Check-ins. Wir wurden zunĂ€chst informiert, dass dies möglich sei, spĂ€ter wurde uns gesagt, dass dies nicht möglich sei, nur um dann erneut informiert zu werden, dass dies möglich sei, jedoch gegen eine zusĂ€tzliche GebĂŒhr. Als wir jedoch frĂŒher mit unserem gesamten GepĂ€ck ankamen, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir bis zur ursprĂŒnglichen Check-in-Zeit warten sollten. Wir erhalten eine RĂŒckerstattung der GebĂŒhr, aber es hat unseren Tag gestört. Zweitens schienen die Nachbarn sehr lĂ€rmempfindlich zu sein, insbesondere auf dem Flur. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir unsere Stimmen senken sollten, wenn wir uns an einem Samstagnachmittag auf dem Weg die Treppe hinauf unterhalten. Darauf kann der Gastgeber keinen Einfluss haben, aber zukĂŒnftige GĂ€ste sollten sich dessen bewusst sein. Trotz dieser Probleme hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und wĂŒrden diesen Ort weiterempfehlen oder wieder besuchen.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem großartigen Apartment-Stil war unglaublich angenehm. Das GebĂ€ude ist ziemlich veraltet, aber das Apartment wurde wunderschön renoviert und strahlt eine zeitgenössische Aura aus. Es befindet sich in sicherer Entfernung von den ĂŒberfĂŒllten Touristenattraktionen, sodass wir das lokale Leben erleben können, aber es ist auch nah genug, um beliebte SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war perfekt fĂŒr meine sechsköpfige Familie, obwohl es erwĂ€hnenswert ist, dass eines der Betten ein Ausziehsofa ist, das fĂŒr jĂŒngere Kinder besser geeignet sein könnte. Es gab reichlich Platz zum Entspannen, sei es bei einem Snack am KĂŒchentisch oder beim Faulenzen im Wohnzimmer. In der NĂ€he befindet sich eine fantastische BĂ€ckerei, die ich wĂ€rmstens empfehlen kann. Der Gastgeber war sehr entgegenkommend, ging auf unsere Fragen und Sorgen ein und teilte detaillierte Anweisungen (einschließlich Fotos) zum Auffinden und Betreten des Anwesens mit. Zusammenfassend war es eine entzĂŒckende Unterkunft abseits des Trubels des geschĂ€ftigen Touristenviertels von Paris.

Fantastisches Apartment im 11.! Die Gegend bietet zahlreiche tolle Restaurants, Bars, CafĂ©s und BĂ€ckereien. Es liegt in der NĂ€he der U-Bahn, was Ă€ußerst praktisch ist. Ich wĂŒrde auf jeden Fall wieder hier ĂŒbernachten. Empfohlen fĂŒr alle, die das 11. entdecken und gleichzeitig den Rest der Stadt leicht erreichen möchten.

Die Wohnung war innen wunderschön renoviert, in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft gelegen und in der NĂ€he einer U-Bahn-Station. Das GebĂ€ude, der Innenhof und das Treppenhaus waren jedoch ziemlich heruntergekommen. Die Wohnung selbst war makellos, mit bequemen Betten, eleganten Badezimmern und einem stilvollen Design. Es gab ein paar kleinere Probleme. Das Licht im Badezimmerspiegel funktionierte nicht, aber das Hauptlicht war in Ordnung. Der Couchtisch hatte einen Riss und auf einem der Sofakissen war ein Fleck. Es war kein Waschmittel verfĂŒgbar. Morgens war BaulĂ€rm zu hören, aber wir verließen die Wohnung tagsĂŒber. Die Gastgeber waren schnell und entgegenkommend in ihrer Kommunikation, aber die Probleme konnten wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts nicht gelöst werden. Sie boten freundlicherweise an, die Kosten fĂŒr das von uns gekaufte Waschmittel zu erstatten und waren flexibel bei unserer Check-out-Zeit. Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt, die Wohnung war ansprechend und komfortabel.
