Superb flat extremely well located in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, a few steps from the Grands Magasins, the Opera and Place de la Madeleine. My elegant, tastefully decorated and fully-equipped flat will provide you with a typically Parisian cultural, shopping and culinary experience. This flat is the ideal place for a successful stay in Paris with family or friends.

The Space:
This 120 m² apartment can accommodate up to 10 people on the 1st floor with elevator access. It features the following features:
- 1 large living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi
- 1 dining area with a table and chairs for 10 people
- 1 separate, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher)
- 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm)
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed
- 3 full bathrooms with shower and toilet

The cleaning service includes fresh sheets and towels for each tenant. Cleaning is performed by a professional.
