Sublime and new flat, warm and atypical, one bedroom, fully equipped. It is located in the heart of the famous district of Saint-Germain des Près, 400 meters from the Notre Dame de Paris and the Pantheon, close to many restaurants, bars and shops. My modern and tastefully decorated flat will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of Parisian life with your family or friends.

Parisian flat of 41m2, on the 1st floor with lift, new since 21 October 2022 ,
- Living room with sofa bed, 1 table with chairs, TV, wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine)
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 separate toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

This apartment was completely renovated on October 21, 2022. It is located in the heart of the Saint-Germain des Près district, and 400 meters from the famous Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. It is a famous and historic district of Paris, for the many restaurants, bars and shops around. My apartment is located 400 meters from the Pantheon. You will spend a dream stay in the heart of the Latin Quarter, very close to the Seine. This tastefully decorated apartment will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.
