Located in a central, lively and lively district, our apartment is halfway between the Opéra Garnier, the department stores (Galeries Lafayette) and the large Place de la République. It is the ideal place for a successful Parisian stay with family or friends.



The Space:

40 m2 apartment on the 1st floor without elevator which includes:

- Living room with 1 double sofa bed

- Wifi, connected television

- A fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine) and a dining area with a dining table

- 1 bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom

- 1 separate bathroom with 1 WC



The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
