Taking up the entirety of the top two floors of its building, this extraordinary apartment has to be seen to be believed.
LIVING & DINING ROOMS The entire top floor of the apartment (and building) is dedicated to an array of living spaces, both indoor and out. When you reach the top of the grand staircase – after wending past an elegant crystal chandelier – marvel at the sheer size of the wide-open space. On your right, you’ll find an informal lounge, with a piano and sofa looking out beyond the balcony. Further along, the primary living area is awe-inspiring: a bespoke hanging light fitting forms the centrepiece, around which a curving sofa sits in the sun pouring in from the nearby balcony doors. Between these two living spaces lies the formal dining table: expansive, elegant and with room for eight, it’s the perfect gathering place for a lavish dinner party with a view. On the ground floor of the apartment, you’ll find one more living room – much more intimate, it features velvet sofas, bookshelves and a large informal dining table for casual meals.
