    In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.





    Our apartment can comfortably accomodate 10 people for a lovely stay in Paris.



    Our living room is full of light thanks to the two big windows , and offers a warm and cozy atmosphere.



    In the open furnished kitchen, you will enjoy cooking delicious recipes and you’ll enjoy even more sharing them with you friends and family. The bedrooms are comfortable, spacious and fully equipped. On top of all, each window has its own balcony so that you can breath some french Parisian air and watch life going on.



    Our apartment is located in the sentier area , few meters away from the Montorgueil street.



    Filled with green grocers, cafes, restaurants and grocers, this pedestrian-only street is not to be missed by those who really want to taste life the way the Parisians live it.



    ATTENTION: Parties are strictly prohibited there and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without compensation and on the spot. No noise tolerated.

Luxury is definitely a misnomer as this apartment is anything but. You are greeted by 3 flights of curvy stairs (no elevator) and then a broken entryway door leading to your apartment. The shower is tiny, poorly caulked with dirty grout. There are no shelves for toiletries in the shower and no place to put your clothes and toiletries when you’re using the shower. There’s an air conditioner that only cools the living room, the bedrooms are infernos. One small, very dusty fan was provided. There’s very limited storage for clothes, and a broken clothes rack. There’s no laundry and no dishwasher, and a small fridge. The kitchen has very cheap plates (mostly chipped), silverware, and cooking utensils. The shower head leaks, the bathroom sink is slow to drain. The wallpaper is peeling. The standards are just abysmal. Yes, the location is great and it’s large but unless you enjoy camping for @600/night with the VRBO fees, I would stay elsewhere.
