  • Beautiful Haussmanian apartment of 5 rooms with moldings and parquet. Large double living room. double glazed windows. Large kitchen very well equipped. 3 large bedrooms, one on courtyard. Comfortable and cozy close to Rue Cler, a lively pedestrian street. This spacious and beautifully decorated apartment is very well located in one of the most residential areas of the Capital. Near the docks, the Invalides, the Grand Palais, the musée du quai Branly and the Champs de Mars, you can enjoy all the attractions of Parisian life. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator.
