On the 4 th floor (no lift), very sunny and quiet , it has one bedroom on the mezzanine (bed queen size) and another single bed downstair. It is available for 2/3 persons . There are lots of restaurants and movie theaters in the neighborhood . 15 mn walk from le Louvres , 10mn from Notre Dame .

Fantastic location, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The host was accommodating and easy to work with. The only downside was how tempting it was to stay in instead of exploring Paris!

The location was absolutely incredible and the host and the person who greeted us were so friendly. A charming apartment in the most ideal location! We loved our stay at Marie-Laure’s place, it was equipped with everything we needed and was very spacious for our family of three. The location was perfect, close to the metro and you could walk to all the major sights in Paris. Within a few minutes, you are on the Seine, perfect for a night time stroll. Thomas was also very welcoming and answered any questions we had during our stay. We truly enjoyed our first visit in Paris with this apartment as our base. We hope we can come back to Paris again soon and we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

The apartment itself was just beautiful, eclectic and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for what we were hoping to see and experience in Paris, close to so many magnificent sites and museums but also located in very multifarious, charismatic, and interesting area. Lived like Parisiens for a few days

If you want to enjoy Paris like a local, then this apartment is your place! It was so much more comfortable and enjoyable than a hotel. We loved all the shops and cafes nearby in the neighborhood, as well as the easy walking and public transportation access to the rest of the city.

Stayed here on my honeymoon. The apartment was fantastic, very comfortable, HUGE for Paris, and in an amazing location. A couple blocks from the Siene, right across from the Louvre, couldn't be more convenient. Loved in unit washing machine, made our long trip much easier. The host was communicative and easy to get in touch with. Loved the in unit washing machine. Thank you again for the perfect stay!

Amazing location, quaint Parisian apartment

This apartment felt like a true Parisian experience! Right in the heart of everything, easy access to a major metro station, a great little bakery right across the street for your morning croissant and baguette. The space was comfortable for me and my two kids, well equipped and great internet. Be aware of the 83 stairs from the street up to the 4th floor apartment…great for working off all the cheese and crepes. And a few more quirky windy stairs up to the sleeping loft - they were no issue for us, but just something to be aware of. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

I (61f) and my husband (72m) really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable, charming, and in a fabulous location. It’s just a block or so from the St Michel Metro station which puts it in the middle of Paris. Having visited Paris many times, I chose the Loft precisely because of its location in the 6th arrondisement/Monnaie. It was worth getting in shape for the stairs! There is a boulangerie across the street, and a Carrefour Express around the corner for groceries. Restaurants and cafes are everywhere. We cooked a little and took advantage of both the dishwasher and the washing machine because we stayed just about two weeks. Though it is very small, we were pleased to find a shower in addition to a bathtub. If you can handle the four flights of stairs, I highly recommend staying in this lovely place.

Winter in Paris

A great location close to many restaurants, a Metro station, and Notre Dame. Beautifully decorated loft apartment full of artistic details gives a romantic, starving artist old Parisian feel. I liked climbing the stairs (no elevator) because it felt like living in Paris, not just visiting for a short while. With a bakery just down the street and a grocery store around the corner, it was easy to eat at home. With a convenient Metro station, we toured all over old Paris, and in February the crowds were not overwhelming. The owner was very responsive/accommodating, and the apartment neighbors were friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip!

Wonderful Apartment!

I don't normally write reviews but will make an exception in this case. The location is exceptional! Quiet street in my favorite part of Paris. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Feels like home. 4th floor with no elevator but that's normal for apartments in Paris, and I like the exercise. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed to occasionally prepare a meal. Very close to metro, bus, RER and evening walks along the Seine. Easy to get to CDG airport by RER and to Montparnasse train station for other parts of France. Would be hard to go back to hotels after staying at this place. Will stay here again!

We recently stayed in the Loft Dans le Quartier apartment in the Latin Quarter. It’s in a beautifully preserved old Parisian building on a charming, lively street in the heart of the neighborhood. The apartment looks exactly as it does in the photos uniquely decorated, thoughtfully furnished, and fully equipped for our stay. Laundry and everything worked great. The hosts made us feel right at home. The location is excellent. Step outside and you’re immersed in Parisian life, with great cafés, restaurants, and shops lining the street. Just around the corner on Boulevard Saint-Michel is a metro station (the main entrance was closed for maintenance during our stay but not much anyone can do about that). Grocery stores, boulangeries, and coffee shops are nearby, and you’re within a 10–15 minute walk of the Latin Quarter sights, Notre-Dame, Pont Neuf, and the Luxembourg Gardens. In the evenings, with the windows open, we could hear classical guitar from the restaurants below, a lovely way to nod off to sleep. A couple of small suggestions: a few more pillows (we were two adults and a child) would be helpful and perhaps an extra fan for warmer nights. Our delayed flight made check-in a bit more complicated than expected, but the hosts were still accommodating and helpful throughout. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily stay again. By the end of the trip, even our six-year-old said he wanted to live in Paris and after staying here, who could blame him?

This loft is gorgeous, and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The location is brilliant too, although the stairs are quite challenging after a long day walking! If you are sleeping downstairs, I suggest you bring an eye mask, otherwise it’s just perfect.
