Small, typically Parisian apartment, very comfortable, completely renovated, in a small, very commercial street. Many small pedestrian streets are in the surroundings to stroll while shopping or looking for a restaurant. You will be 200 m from the metro stations "Bonne Nouvelle" and "Sentier".

The toilet is outside the apartment, in the hallway, right next to the front door, but you are the only one to use it and you have the key to close it.
