  • In the heart of Paris, 5 MINUTES from the EIFFEL TOWER and the CHAMPS-ELYSEES, the recently renovated apartment (38 m2) can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment on the 4th and last floor with lift, in a historic building this residence offers modern amenities for a truly comfortable stay (fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, baby cot).
    This apartment is NON-SMOKING, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS.

    This small Parisian apartment has a layout that favours functionality. As you enter, the bathroom is immediately on your left, and on the right the bedroom with a large bed of 160 CM, facing you is the living room where the sofa bed is 140 CM wide. Continuing through the space to the left is the kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine dryer and all the kitchen essentials coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Airfryer.

    Heating by radiators, the apartment is also equipped with reversible air conditioning.

    This beautiful apartment has a TV with Netflix and fibre optic Wi-Fi.
    Note: The lift is a compact model typically Parisidu designed to accommodate only two people or one person with cabin luggage. bulky luggage must be carried on foot to the 4th floor (if there is a problem with stuck luggage 250 € for breakdown)
