Welcome to Empire Residences. Enjoy this impeccable new Empire Pass two-bedroom condo with a private hot tub and ski-in ski-out access with the Silver Strike Express lift at your doorstep.

The Alder & Tweed designed residence offers luxury mountain modern living in a home that extends from front to back, with both east and west views -- the living, kitchen, and dining rooms face east with amazing views to Silver Lake, Bald Mountain, and the Uintas, while the bedrooms face west to the Silver Buck ski run.

An open-plan living area features an impeccable kitchen with luxury finishes and high-end appliances to prepare your favorite meal (or to have a private chef do much for you). Relax in the living area with comfortable seating and a linear fire place to enjoy after a day on the hill. Dine with seating for up to seven at the dining table, plus additional seating and gathering at the kitchen's breakfast bar.

The expansive balcony houses the private hot tub which offers mountain views and four-season enjoyment. Enjoy the convenience of a private BBQ grill and comfortable outdoor seating for your apres ski and al-fresco dining enjoyment.

In the master bedroom, you'll find a comfortable king-sized bed and flatscreen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a large shower and double vanity.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed perfect for a couple, while when used by children the second queen bed above enables the room to be used by up to four. The bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom.

The home is equipped with a private washer and dryer and assigned underground parking for one vehicle is provided.

Winter Deer Valley skiing is just outside with the residence featuring an unbeatable ski-in,ski-out location with the Silver Strike Express right out the door, in summer enjoy similar convenience with hiking and biking trails immediately beyond.

Property amenities include a private assigned ski locker, apres-ski fireside lounge, a fitness center, and a ski beach patio with outdoor firepits. Your condo is conveniently located just steps from all amenities being on the first floor of the building. Guests enjoy use of the Empire Express providing complimentary door-to-door transportation throughout Deer Valley and the Old Town and Prospector neighborhoods of Park City (both summer and winter).

Guests will enjoy luxury touches that are the hallmark of your host, Luxury Mountain Destinations, including L'Occitane amenities, real down comforters (please let us know should you have allergies and we will substitute down alternative), high thread count luxury linens, robes, and more.

Great condo and awesome location.

This was a great ski in/out condo that was in a great location on the mountain. Easy for kids as well. The building and condo itself are very nice with great amenities. Property manager was very helpful during our stay. We will definitely look to stay here again.

We had a very lovely stay!! Modern unit with all of the amenities. Private hot tub was a huge plus after a long day on the slopes. Property management was very responsive to all of our questions.

Awesome Ski In/Out

Wonderful location right at the Silver Strike lift. Ski valets put your skis out. Thursday night complementary Happy Hour was really nice. Can't recommend enough.
