"The desk clerk Ms. Bentley upon my arrival I had a little difficulty with my payment. Ms. Bentley was very patient and her customer service was top notch. The problem was resolved in a timely manner. My room was nice and clean. The Spotlight restaurant and bar was very convenient for me. I ate dinner and had breakfast while staying at the hotel."

"Nice facility and friendly staff. We were there 4 nights, and only had one housekeeping cleaning. Not too huge of a deal, because we asked for extra towels, etc. Our housekeeping person was awesome! "
