"First room had a ridiculous mold odor so bad we had to move to a 2nd room and either one was no where near being up to par of what you should be getting at $230 per night"

"The first steps into our room wanted to be our last. The room was absolutely filthy, box springs looked like they were bought from the dumpster. There was mold in the shower, urine on the wall, god knows what would be there if we had a black light. We spent about 2 minutes in the room and went back to ask if we could get a refund, luckily the staff was understanding and gave us a full refund apart from the day we checked in. Please for your own sake do not stay here."

"The beds were made but the sheets had sand in them. The floor was peeling up all throughout. The top floors were leaking onto the bottom floors. They were using power tools right next to the bar/pool and at the end of it all, we were charged a “resort fee” if you’re over 20 yrs old, pick somewhere else"

"This hotel was not a good experience for us, we booked our stay 4 months ago and upon arrival they told us that someone had canceled our stay at corporate do to being over booked.. Finally was able to get in a room after a hassle even though it was not the king room we originally booked. The hot tub heater was not working. The key entery for outside pool door access was not working so you had to prop a door open to get back in. Morning breakfast was never fully stocked and staff was not friendly or helpful. 20 people trying to use 2 waffle makers cause there was no other food options. The shower in our room did not drain and there was no TV remote in room. This could of for sure been a better experience do better La Quinta."

"We arrived at the hotel early and checked in; however, the front desk attendant barely greeted us. Since it was too early for a room, she said she will put me on the waiting list but she never called so we hung around until the time to check in. The attendant this time was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the pillows were too soft and the TV did not work properly. Overall it was a nice stay, breakfast was good and most of the staff were very courteous."
