Our spacious room was clean and had excellent amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the towels and toiletries were excellent quality.
Superb breakfast buffet.

We had a really pleasant stay from start to finish. The room was lovely and very comfortable, with everything we needed to relax after a long day. The entire hotel was impressively clean, which made a big difference and added to the overall feeling of quality and care.
It was also very easy to find, which made arrival stress free, especially when traveling somewhere new. The location is fantastic, with great access to nearby attractions, transport, and places to eat, so getting around was simple and convenient.
Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future. A special thank you to those on the front desk!

"The location was good and free parking. The rooms looked nothing like the photos. Everything looked like it was from the 80's and very worn. If we were staying longer than 1 night I would have tried to find somewhere better"

"It was not mentioned in advertising / booking but on arrival I was told there was a £20 charge to use the spa for the duratin of my stay. I declined and used the pool only. Neithe was it clear that parking in the road immediately outside the hotel was Free. whereas parking in the hotel a mere 25 ..."
