"Check in/out time on Hotels.com is 3pm/1pm. We requested an early check in weeks in advance and were told that check in was at 3 and they didn’t make any effort to get us in early. Fine, we get it. The day of, we messaged and asked again on a whim if we could get in early. This time we were told that check in “began” at 3:30. So after the listed time. "Todo muy nuevo y muy lindo …después que ingresas , es difícil que encuentren tu reservación por lo menos me pasó en mi caso ya que no hay quien te atienda en el momento Luego de aproximadamente una horaapareció una persona que me ayudó muy bien que era personal de mantenimiento y una Sra muy amable y atenta Pero cuando llegas te resulta raro porque aparentemente no tenés reserva Después de esto, todo excelente"
