My stay here was fantastic! The staff is so kind and helpful. They helped me figure out the subway system, general directions, and recommendations in the area. The rooms are very modern and well maintained with plenty of storage. The breakfast buffet is well worth the cost, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Santiago.
