"Staff at check in (9/9/25) were amazing, the girl at the desk was lovely and spoke amazing English. Also, we had a great waiter in the restaurant, younger guy who also spoke amazing English, same evening we checked in - he was wonderful and helpful. The hotel is not fancy, very basic, but it was very clean and very quiet which we greatly appreciated. "

Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost! Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served! Our room was always spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who came every day and made sure everything was clean and tidy.
