"Staff in lobby morning shift was always rude. Afternoon shift was lot better. Continental breakfast is awful and if you get there 15 min before it’s over they don’t refill so basically there will be nothing. Get there early. The floors between rooms on upper levels look a mess… breaking, cracking, pealing up, etc. they never had the gym open on time and when they’d unlock for me there were towels and paper all over, they don’t clean it often. It’s also just a small room- absolutely not a gym. Alberto was highlight of our trip. He was amazing taking us places and helping whenever he could. Floors in room were always sandy like they didn’t sweep or mop. "

"The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to both a subway line and a rapid bus line. The hotel room was spacious and clean and the hotel staff did a great job of refreshing the toiletries every day. The rooftop bar was a great spot for a relaxing drink at the end of the day!"

"Spacious room. Foam mattress and pillows. Nice restaurant down stairs. Friendly staff and clean room. I wish it had a small refrigerator and microwave, then I would give 5 stars. Also, the view was awful. Construction and dirty windows on the outside. No construction noise so that’s good."

"The staff was super nice!!! The room was very clean. Free breakfast and delicious. The rooms are simple, but the beds are very comfortable. And the heater and Air Condition system worked Great because in February in Mexico City the days are warm , but at night it cools down."
