The outside doors aren't locked so homeless people come in all day, all night. There is also a lot of criminals, drugs and sexworkers. Police passes often but can't do anything. Tried to talk to the manager but she is in denial. The room itself could use some work. Toilet bowl isn't fixed, table was wobbly. Big room with one bed but missing chair for more comfort. Door doesn't close tightly. Mattress and pillows were comfy.

We arrived at the hotel and were very disappointed with the room we received. It was clear that it was not maintained to the standard expected from a hotel that presents itself at a higher level. As soon as we entered the room, we did not like what we saw and were genuinely disappointed with its condition. The shower had very weak water pressure, and the faucet handle suddenly fell off into the bathtub. Fortunately, my son was not inside at the time and was not hurt. We spoke with the front desk, and they moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse than the first. The carpet had stains, the wall near the entrance door was damaged, and the bathtub was clogged, with water not draining at all. A plumber was unable to fix the issue. There was also a stain on the blanket. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I do want to mention that the staff were very kind and did show willingness to help as much as they could.

The building is beautiful. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were kind. My negative review is mainly because of the misleading listings. The listing says it has a pool and hot tub, which haven't been open since before covid, and the fitness center is just two treadmills in a locked room which you need to find a staff member to open for you.
