Hair dryer was broken and no one came to repair it. There was a roach. The black out curtain was stuck so I couldn't adjust it. The gasket seal on the fridge door was faulty. The sink randomly leaked. The person who checked me in was oddly aggressive just because I didn't want to sign a blank receipt. Telling me I don't know how to check into hotels as if I'm not in my late 30s...

I walked into the room and immediately was disgusted. The room was not clean, there was a hole in the ceiling from water damage. There was a MUGNUM CONDOM WRAPPER IN THE DRESSER DRAWER. Looked to be semon stains on the walls and bed. Disgusted and did not stay, returned keys immediately. Would like my money back, you shouldn’t even list this on your website.

The hotel service was very little. not cups for hot drinks in the room. no bottle drinking water. no greetings from the hotel staff when checking in nor when you went in and out. If it is only a room to sleep in then it is fine, but not for the price they charged. Maybe worth it if $40, $ 50 max.

This property was dirty, asked for a non smoking as a 9 months pregnant woman & got a room with cigarette ashes on the toilet seat. Room smelled like smoke, sheets were dirty, dead roaches on the floor. I left 15 minutes after checking in. If looking for a nice hotel, I would recommend Holiday Inn Express Haskell-Wayne
