Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

The room was dusty with someone’s hair everywhere. The bathroom grime and moldy, since the tiles were dark you couldn’t see it right away except when you use the facilities, the shower etc. the ac was not working properly, we did call reception and one hour after we settled in they offered to change ...
