"The only reason we booked here was because it's 99% kid-friendly: playground, children's pool, and a jumping area (on weekends). There is NO air conditioning like American hotels, but their floor fan helps. Their buffet on weekends is incredibly awesome. We would definitely come back."

"The staff was great, from the bell boy to the servers. Breakfast very delicious 😋 This hotel is located close to Paseo destino puebla but you need to ride a car to get there. The room was small and clean, the only thing I noticed it was the shower had some kind of red spots on the walls???? Other than that modern and practical to stay few days."

"The room was big enough and with good amenities but it does not have good insoltaion. The hotel is close to a very noisy street and you can hear almost every noise coming from the outside. I reall could not rest. Another thing that annoyed me was that I recevied an emal the day before my stay threatening me that the reserve would be cancelled and that I needed to get in touch with the hotel (even when I indicated that I would be paying at my arrival when I made the reservation). When I called to the hotel they told me I needed to pay for the room immediately if I wanted to keep my reservation. I never had any experience like this before and it added unnecesary stress to my trip."
