"We really liked this hotel. The room was a typically small European room…..we expect that. The place is very up to date and comfortable. We had breakfast at the restaurant every morning. Yummy! We would definitely stay there again!"

"This is overall a fantastic hotel and is probably in the best location in town. The staff are overall great, but there were a few hiccups. First, we had asked that the room be cleaned and also because we needed supplies replenished (for example, toilet paper), and they did not. Another miss was that we had ordered room service breakfast the morning of an activity we had planned externally. We waited and then called the room service line, and they told us that they never received the order after we placed it. This was a bit upsetting in the moment. There are definitely opportunities for improvement."
