"Really well positioned location. Service from Brian was excellent. A bit disappointed when we informed him our blind was broken to which his reply was I know I get on a stool to roll it up. It wasn’t booked out so I don’t understand why you’d give us a room with faults? But excellent location and the idea of using Santa Fe bowling club membership card excellent idea I wish more would do that"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Karingal 1 due to the great location and spaciousness of the property. It was furnished nicely in keeping with the beachside position and the kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. We would recommend that each guest be provided with two towels as we found that our towels would not dry in the bathrooms this was probably due to the bathrooms not all having windows for ventilation. It would also be good to have beach towels provided for guests."

"Great house with plenty of room for groups. 2 seperate lounge areas and outdoor area to enjoy the warmer NSW weather that was a lovely change from Victoria cold. Beach at the end of the street, great walk path and easy walking distance to the main street. Only downside was some minor maintenance issues such as lights not working, mould on blinds, but did not impact our stay. No TV cable and had to log into apps, would be an issue if you don't have accounts with streaming services. Overall, very impressed."

"This is a fabulous location, in a well appointed and spacious home at a good price. If anything, it is under furnished and the 3 of us did not utilise all the rooms. The view is amazing. There are plenty of comfortable spots with lovely views. I especially enjoyed having my morning cup of tea looking out to the ocean from a comfy lounge. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac which can get busy as it is a surf point and the beginning of a paved walk to the headland. That means parking can be a bit tight, a small price to pay for all the other benefits. The rooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. I would not hesitate to book this house again."
